Every morning the smoker gets going long before the doors open. Brisket, pork shoulder, ribs and turkey cook low and slow over real wood, so by lunchtime Main Street smells exactly like it should. Because real smoke takes time, a few favorites can sell out by evening — that's how you know it wasn't cooked to order from a freezer.
We're not a chain. We're a local family serving our neighbors in Wentzville, Lake Saint Louis, O'Fallon and the rest of St. Charles County, and every visit helps keep downtown Wentzville growing.

Our bar pours handcrafted cocktails like the Smokehouse Old Fashion and an in-house Barrel Aged Manhattan, plus cold beer, wine and a growing bourbon shelf. We're proud members of the St. Charles Bourbon Society.
